We are hiring for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager with strong technical and analytical skills to help drive our product strategy and roadmap. What You Will Be Doing
- Develop, adapt and maintain the product vision
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap
- Lead the ideation, execution, launch, & maintenance of the product throughout its lifecycle
- Define and execute A/B testing by leveraging our rich data to make solid decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand & identify customers’ needs via user research and testing
- Run sprint planning & daily standups, deliver on commitments & ship products on time in an Agile run environment
- Document and maintain requirements and specifications throughout the software development cycle
- Assist in defining the brand, building brand awareness and increasing customer adoption
- Work with Marketing and Sales to review and understand current market landscape and how to position Endera’s product set and support the Marketing and Sales functions
- Develop product documentation and training materials for users in support of product launches
What You Need for this Position
- More than 5 Years of experience in B2C/consumer facing Apps
- 5+ years of Product Management experience working in an Agile environment
- Experienced in product strategy, product roadmap, product design, user research, user testing, and A/B testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build team cohesion
- Ability to think strategically, but also have detailed mindset of day-to-day activity required to reach success
- Demonstrated delivery of public, customer facing product, mobile application and API as a Service
- Experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira

User Experience Designer
About Us:

We are scaling out our design, development, delivery, and assurance operations with a second office that will be located in the downtown Sarasota. About the position:
As an Endera User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for the look, feel, and workflow of multiple web-based products. You will deliver great visual experiences. You will be part of cross functional agile team, with frequent interactions with developers and testers. You will be responsible for lean user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into “UX design” through sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
Responsibilities:
- Apply Lean UX principles (early user validation, collaboration, problem solving, business value, flexible toolset, nimble design) and methods (writing problem statements, business and user assumptions and developing hypotheses) to formulate concepts through user flows, wireframes, user journeys, mockups and prototypes that lead to astonishing user experiences across a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Plan and moderate user research e.g. usability tests, expert reviews, focus groups, depth interviews & surveys. Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) and devising elegant solutions. Rapidly iterate from “from concept” research, conceiving, sketching, prototyping to progressive specifications that can be picked up by developers.
- Producing design artifacts that enable product development, requirements elicitation, and mobile first development.
- Collaborate with diverse and dynamic stakeholders in the delivery of value through the development and delivery process. Eliciting stakeholder feedback and buy-in across the lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable UX design experience. Preference for experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
- Demonstrable experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Proficiency in modern UX tools, best practices, and methods with the ability to match the right tools with the right methods.
- Excellent communication skilled in, storytelling, critiquing, facilitating and presenting.
- Basic HTML5 and Web frameworks (Material Design, Bootstrap, etc).

You wilt enjoy the craftsmanship of writing code, and the ability to shipping services into production and see them work in a live environment. You will work with a variety of databases, encapsulating transaction into Restful. You will a team of developers that utilize agile methods to develop commercial grade releases that are frequently delivered to live customers. He or she is a hands-on practitioner of technology, always staying abreast of the advancements in platforms, frameworks, and libraries.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable services that are consumed as a API.
- Plug into an event-based architecture built on SNS and SQS.
- Develop transactional services with multiple databases (Document, Graph, Key Value).
- Integrate 3rd party APIs, libraries, frameworks, and cloud platform tools in the AWS ecosystem.

Qualifications:

You have a strong understanding of security principles and how to apply them in a cloud setting confidentiality, integrity, and availability. You enjoy working closely with the development teams who have an agile SDLC with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, maintain, and ensure the integrity of the network.
- Configure Linux based servers, apply patches, provision.
- Monitor servers, queues, logs, troubleshoot.
- Change impact analysis, planning, execution, rollback.

As front-end developer for Endera you are team-oriented, modern JavaScript development specialist with a focus on customer facing experiences. You build JavaScript applications that include unit testing and code quality, and you are intimately familiar with cross browser compatibility issues. You keep current with the latest framework and know how to deliver solid applications into production environments. You're also team-oriented and take a collaborative approach to working with distributed teams. You are articulate, well spoken, and capable of working with the Agile stakeholders on requirements, user stories, Agile sprint meetings, as well working with development team during requirement phase, design meetings, code reviews, implementation and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy features within a specified javascript framework.
