Raj Ananthanpillai is the Chairman, CEO and President of Endera. Since 2004, he has been the CEO of InfoZen, a mid-tier, advanced IT services firm. Previously, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer of ePlus, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUS), a business process automation and financial services company. No stranger to start-ups, Ananthanpillai was also the president and CEO of NetBalance, a venture capital backed multimillion dollar Software Company, which was successfully sold in 2000.
Before founding NetBalance, he held senior executive roles at I-NET, a $300M IT managed services firm, and AT&T. He holds an M.S. in Engineering Physics, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and an executive education in International Business Management and Financial Planning. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), has a U.S. Patent on “Intelligent Systems Management”, and the author of two books in the area of Systems Management and Managed Services.
Rochelle Sherman is chief product officer at Endera, responsible for the strategy and development of Endera’s core products and features which reduce a business’ organizational risk and supports creating a safe work environment for their associates. With more than 15 years of experience driving innovation and business growth through product development, she is passionate about using innovation to help organizations solve their most demanding business challenges.
Prior to Endera, Rochelle served as Director of Product Management at Acxiom, where she was responsible for building web applications that delivered differentiated value and profitability within the marketing and risk management industries. In 2013, she launched a first-of-its-kind (patent pending) consumer transparency application receiving industry, privacy advocate and regulator recognition. Prior to Acxiom, Ms. Sherman was Vice President of Client Operations for Alvion Inc.
Phil is an experienced CTO and entrepreneur with 27 years’ experience driving product delivery and building businesses across a diverse range of industries and technologies. He has created award winning mobile and web experiences used by 40+ million people monthly, and created SaaS products that simplify complex healthcare decisions while reducing cost and saving lives for thousands of healthcare providers.
Usatine has also scaled businesses and supported fundraising, board communications, operations buildout, and sales and marketing. At Scripps Networks, he led the cloud and DevOps transformation of a world class digital operation while delivering fast growing web and mobile products including Food.com and TravelChannel.com. Over the years, Usatine has held senior technology roles and provided technology strategy, architecture, and implementation consulting to Fortune 1000 and government agency CIOs. He studied Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Illinois, and Computer Science at the University of Maryland.
Tony Maull brings 30 years of experience to his role as the CRO having effectively worked in small and large organizations focused on C-level sales and marketing with a history of launching software and big data analytics services into new markets. He is accomplished in building strategic partnerships and enterprise business pipelines with Fortune 500 clients in manufacturing, financial services, consumer medical and pharmaceutical companies.
He began his career in Finance at Prudential Securities and CIBC World Markets focused on software investment banking where he was one of the founders of the Software Investment Banking practice. Maull later served in analytical sales and marketing leadership roles with Experian, Ernst & Young and most recently Sentrana. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from George Mason University.
As Vice President of Analytics, Dr. Zvi Covaliu is responsible for leading advanced analytics including predictive modeling and data science. He brings more than 16 years of real-world experience in the applications of statistics, data analytics and operations research to the financial, insurance and telecommunications industries, where he designed and led the development of numerous predictive models for a variety of financial products used at various phases of their lifecycles. Zvi is a veteran of risk analytics at the account, customer and portfolio levels.
Dr. Covaliu has worked and consulted for large financial institutions including JPMC, HSBC, Wells Fargo and Sallie Mae, as well as Equifax. He started his financial services analytics career at FICO. Prior to that, he served on the faculty of the School of Business at George Washington University in Washington, DC, where he taught, conducted research, and published in the areas of sequential estimation, decision analysis, graph theory, and optimal decision making. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley.
Randy Holmes is Vice President of Market Development at Endera where he is responsible for developing the content strategy and building the licensing relationships while helping businesses understand organizational risk. He brings more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property licensing and content development.
Prior to joining Endera, Holmes served as Director of Business Development, North America, for The Floow, an insurance analytics and continuous insurance monitoring company based in Sheffield, England. Recognized in the telematics industry as an expert in data aggregation and sales, he has built a career in data and content management with some of the most recognizable companies in the industry including: Qualcomm, Hughes Telematics (aka Verizon Telematics) and ChoicePoint (aka Lexis Nexis). Holmes earned a MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a BA from the Colorado College. He is listed as an inventor on multiple patents in the insurance telematics market for Connected Vehicle/ Continuous Driver Monitoring.
Mary Phillips is the Sr. Director, Marketing & Communications, bringing more than 25 years of experience from government and commercial markets and most recently transitioning from Lockheed Martin where she led internal and external initiatives for the Chief Technology Office and the Cyber Solutions Defense & Intelligence business. She was also a member of a cross functional team that established the commercial cyber markets business to sell managed services and Intelligence Driven Defense to Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to Lockheed Martin, she held senior marketing communications roles with Hughes Communications and other start-up, medium and large high tech firms. She is responsible for helping to grow the business through digital marketing strategies and synchronization of sales and marketing. Phillips studied Communications at Towson University and Marketing Management at University of Maryland University College. She also attended a Carnegie Mellon Leadership Strategies training program.
